Planned Deliveries in Item Lookup Doesn't Show the Transfers to Be Shipped (Doc ID 2528625.1)

Symptoms

The planned deliveries screen in Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM) item lookup doesn't show incoming transfer quantities properly.

Steps to Recreate:

1. Create a store to store transfer in SIM from store A to store B and approve it (but don't create the shipment).
2. Login to store B, search for that item in item lookup and go to the deliveries tab. It will not show there.
