Symptoms

On : 8.0.6 version, Install Issues_OFSS

Unable to login into OFSAA - Error 404--Not Found

Following exceptions are seen in web layer Revappserver.log:-

Error in setting up I/O streams with dev-ofsaa-web1:9999java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused (Connection refused)
