AutoVue 21.0.1 Does Not import SSL certificate "localhost.cer" Generated Using makeAvCert.bat on Firefox ESR 60.X (Doc ID 2528910.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When attempting to import SSL certificate "localhost.cer" generated using makeAvCert.bat
to FireFox 60.2.0esr (32-bit or 64-bit) the following error occurs.

ERROR
This personal certificate can't be installed because you do not own the corresponding private key, which was created when the certificate was requested.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install AutoVue 21.0.1
2. Use localhost.cer SSL certificate generated from makeAvCert.bat script
3. Import the certificate in FireFox 60.X ESR (32-bit or 64-bit)
  i. Go to: Tools->Options->Privacy & Security
  ii. Click 'View Certificates...' This opens the certificate manager.
  iii. Click import.
  iv. Choose 'All file' and import the generated certificate
