Pickup Date and Estimated In Stock Date Is Not Calculated Correctly During PO Induction (Doc ID 2528963.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 04, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Merchandising System - Version 16.0.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

In Retail Merchandising System (RMS), Purchase Order (PO) Induction and the User Interface(UI) are not using the same logic to calculate Pickup Date and Estimated in Stock Dates.
When PO is uploaded, if no date is entered then system is defaulting the date values, while when it is created from UI the values are null.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an order using induction with a NOT_BEFORE_DATE = NULL.
2. Create an order using induction with a NOT_BEFORE_DATE in the future.
3. Observe different calculated values for Pickup Date and Estimated in Stock Dates.
