Cannot Save <Match Source & Driver> Value for 'Customer' Dimension Drop-down in Outputs Tab of Allocation Rule (Doc ID 2528984.1)

Symptoms

On 8.0.6.1.0 version, after trying to save '<Match Source & Driver>' for 'Customer' dimension drop-down in Outputs tab of Allocation Rule, 'Customer' Dimension changes to <Same As Source>.

 

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Define an Allocation Specification Rule with Dynamic Driver Allocation Type.
  2. At Output tab, choose "<Match Source & Driver>" for 'Customer' Dimension, then click Save.
  3. Reopen the defined Allocation Specification Rule, the value for 'Customer' Dimension is set to "Same as Source" .
