Goal

As per below scenario, the user is not able to proceed a Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) refund request.

1. A MMS event was rated successfully.
2. A MMS refund event failed with the following reasons:

Despite this, the event was treated as a “non refundable” MMS event. The system tries to find a charge selector fitting the payload data from the charge offers found for the account.
But no configuration was found in charge selectors. So, there is a failure as no charge offer with charge selector was found as the proper one.

Question:

Since it is known as a MMS refund event, why charge selectors are verified?
Should not this event be treated just as a credit operation on balances debited in the previous session?
Should not the list of balances and the quota for crediting the balances be found from the MMS debit event session?
