REL Loading Is Slow (Doc ID 2529124.1)

On : 7.5.0.20.0 version, Event Management

REL loading is slow for event_t and event_bal_impacts_t. As soon as REL daemon is started, it is noticed the high IO on DB side and other application becomes inaccessible when REL is started.

Question: REL is loading only 15-20 files per minutes. How to resolve this?
