Error '404 - Page does not exist or is no longer available' When Attempting to Access the Visualizer Help Menu (Doc ID 2529323.1)

Symptoms

Clicking the Help icon in the Visualizer application results in the following error:

404 We're sorry, the page does not exist or is no longer available. We have recorded the error (404) to help us fix the problem. You may wish to try again using of the tools below.

The following URL is shown in the browser's address bar:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

   1. Launch Visualizer from the Start menu or from within P6 Professional.
   2. Click on the ? icon to access the Help menu.
   3. Observe the reported error.
