Web Call Entry's Event History Including Service Outages for Other Customers (Doc ID 2530069.1)

Symptoms

There is concern raised by Customer in web call entry that in the event history under web call entry is populating all the event on that particular device.

Only the current customer's events and any device-level or upstream events should be listed.


The issue can be reproduced at will on an OPAL demo model with the following steps:
1. In WCE, place a "Partial Out" for "Customer Name 1".
2. In WWS, confirm the service outage and then complete it.

3. In WCE, search for "Customer Name 2"
4. Press the Event History.

The Service outage for "Customer Name 1" is listed when it shouldn't be.
