Symptoms
On : 9.3.6.0 version, Administration/Configuration
The Viewers & Files tab never opens after selecting it from the left hand panel. This only occurs in the production environment, it works fine when launched in the development environment . I tried in different types of browsers but same result, the window is blacked out.
Expected Behavior:
The viewer and file content window should show up
Steps to reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Java Client
2. Select Admin Tab
3. Under System Settings select "Viewers and Files"
