Symptoms

The Fiscal download from TaxWeb throws errors like "ORA-02291: <SCHEMA>.NCC_NCMC_FK violated, <SCHEMA>.NICODES_NCMC_FK violated, <SCHEMA>.NCPC_NCC_FK violated and <SCHEMA>.NCESTCODES_NCMC_FK violated."
Differences between NCMs into the tables causing FK error because some NCMs are not returned in GETNCM but returned in GETCEST.
