Overdue Process: Not Able To Navigate To Case Portal

On Oracle Financial Services Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) v220.127.116.11.0 against FW v18.104.22.168, Overdue Process: Not able to navigate to Case Portal.
In case of overdue process request, CM_ODEVTCRCS algorithm is responsible for creating case Id related to overdue Process event.
Currently, system is able to create case Id in database but giving below error while navigating to this case portal
The server has encountered a problem.Your request cannot be processed. Please try again.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main Menu > Person > Case
Note: the error message in UI is consistently occurring while searching a case Id even though record found message is displayed at the corner of window.
2, This issue of creating Case Id and navigating to the Case Portal page is applicable only for overdue process.
Currently we are not able to navigate to the Case Id created through overdue process.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot work with Overdue process.
