Details

This document provides guidance to Retailers premier support end of life for release versions upto 14.1 and what is expected of Oracle after December 2019. Retail Enterprise products listed in the Lifetime Support Policy (LSP) are approaching premier support end of life on December 31st 2019 after which Sustaining Support will be available for as long as you license your Oracle products. For more details on what Retailers are entitled during the Sustaining Support phase, refer to the LSP.

Expectations:

Customers are advised to plan for an upgrade to the latest release available for the product (s) in order to take advantage of Premier Support. In an event that you are unable to upgrade before December 2019 and the product has extended support available, you can purchase extend support for an additional three years (if available). Please note that unless extended support is purchased, Retailers are NOT entitled to new product bug fixes that may be desired.
