E Wed Mar 13 13:17:54 2019  cm_inv:30175 fm_inv_decode_invoice_data.c:916 :pin_trial_bill_accts:30163:-628098240:0:1552454268:0::::
fm_inv_decode_add_field_to_flist error
<location=PIN_ERRLOC_PCM:1 class="PIN_ERRCLASS_APPLICATION":4 errno=PIN_ERR_BAD_ARG:4>
<field num=^Aopsflds:0,0 recid=0 reserved=0 reserved2=0 time(sec:usec)=0:0>
<facility=0 msg_id=5 version=0>

The data usages value is an exponential value, for example: 9.999999999999999E-8 for quantity but the amount is correct in the INVOICE_DATA.
