On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management version 18.104.22.168.0, Invoice decoding is failing as the PIN_FLD_INVOICE_DATA has an exponential value for the Quantity field:
<location=PIN_ERRLOC_PCM:1 class="PIN_ERRCLASS_APPLICATION":4 errno=PIN_ERR_BAD_ARG:4>
<field num=^Aopsflds:0,0 recid=0 reserved=0 reserved2=0 time(sec:usec)=0:0>
<facility=0 msg_id=5 version=0>
The data usages value is an exponential value, for example: 9.999999999999999E-8 for quantity but the amount is correct in the INVOICE_DATA.
