Allocation User/Role Cannot Access Dashboard Reports And Appointment Screen (Doc ID 2531385.1)

Symptoms


User/Role can't access Appointment screen

1- Setup a Job in RAAC as below:

Intercompany Transfer Approval Duty
Intercompany Transfer Management Duty
Transfer Approval Duty
Transfer Management Duty with Maintain Transfers Priv
Transfer Management Duty with Submit Transfers Priv
Transfer with Finishing Management Duty

2- Create Transfer
3- Click on 'More Options' -> Appointments:

Expected Result: Allocation User should have access to Appointment screen
Actual Result: Error: An error has occured rendering the navigation item. Please contact your System Administrator.
Log shows:

oracle.adf.controller.security.AuthorizationException: ADFC-0619: Authorization check failed: User 'rms.test' does not have 'VIEW' permission on '/WEB-INF/oracle/retail/apps/rms/procurement/view/fulfillment/appointment/flow/MaintainAppointmentsFlow.xml#MaintainAppointmentsFlow'.
  at oracle.adf.controller.internal.security.AuthorizationEnforcer.handleFailure(AuthorizationEnforcer.java:203)
  at oracle.adf.controller.internal.security.AuthorizationEnforcer.checkPermission(AuthorizationEnforcer.java:94)

In RAAC cannot see any Duty/Role for MaintainAppointments
