Argus BI Publisher Reports Stuck At "Executing" - Report Completes in BIP but Status and Report Output Not Updating in Argus

On Applications Oracle Argus Safety Version : 126.96.36.199
Running with BI Publisher 12c.
When executing reports from inside BI Publisher, all works fine.
When executing regular reports from Argus with Native reporting it all works fine.
However when executing reports from Argus with the BI Publisher engine, the reports get stuck at "Executing" status.
Can see the reports have completed inside BI Publisher and can open them from that console. However Argus still remains "Executing" and are unable to open the reports from there.
In the agproc.log we see:
