Temp Switches placed from Control Tool Model Edit are missing Nominal Voltages

Customer recently came across this issue on 2.3 code line where the temp switches which are placed through Model Edit option of Control tool are missing Nominal voltages. This is resulting in power flow issues and causing Model Errors. The control tool should propagates the nominal voltage of the Original device into the temp switches when it is creating a model edit. It seems like this happens for the temp conductors, Point-2-Point Jumpers but not for the Temp Switches.
