Able To Connect LDAPS Via JavaClient But Not Via Weblogic Admin Console

When attempting to configure LDAP Active Directory Server settings for WebLogic Admin console
with LDAPS(LDAP over SSL) the following error occurs on the window when saving.
[Security:090834]No LDAP connection could be established. ldaps://xxxxxxxx.com:636 Cannot connect to the LDAP server
1. Installed LDAPS server certificate to application server JRE via the keytool command.
2. LDAP Active Directory settings on Java Client Admin > Server Settings > LDAP node can connect using LDAPS protocol.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to WebLogic Admin console
2. Configure the LDAP Active Directory server using LDAPS protocol on Security Realm -> AgileRealm -> Providers -> LDAP server -> Provider Specific tab
