Dashboard Is Unresponsive For Panic Alerts (Doc ID 2532141.1)

Last updated on OCTOBER 08, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management - Version 2.3.0.1.0 to 2.3.0.3.0 [Release 2.3]
Oracle Real-Time Scheduler - Version 2.3.0.1.0 to 2.3.0.3.0 [Release 2.3]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When trying to process panic alerts on the dispatch workstation the dashboard exhibits the following problems:

* You can only see new alerts or alert status changes when the "Refresh" button is pressed. The auto refresh setting doesn't seem to work.
* When you press the checkbox button on the alert the dashboard doesn't refresh after the click, so you can't tell if you have pressed the button
or not, often causing the user to hit it several times, which causes a warning message to be displayed because the user clicked the
button more than once before the system could process the first click.
