In The EDI Maintenance Section The Search By Error Code Is Not Working As Expected (Doc ID 2532354.1)

In the EDI Maintenance section the search by Error Code is not working as expected.

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Sign on to ReIM
  2. Navigate:
       EDI Maintenance > EDI Document Search
        >  Error Type
        >  Search
        >  Search for "Document"

Observe the search is case sensitive and it returns results starting with "Document"
The search needs to be case insensitive and it should show all data that contain "document" not just the ones that start with "Document"
