PowerFlow Warnings and Violations are Not Displayed in Study Mode (Doc ID 2532479.1)

Symptoms

PowerFlow (PF) Warnings and Violations are not displayed in Study Mode.

Tried highlight for devices with PF warnings or violations from hide/Display dialog. The warnings and violations are not highlighting in viewer in Study Mode.
It is getting highlighted for realtime mode.

Expect
The network is expected to display highlight color for device with violations or warnings,


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login to NMS
2. Open viewer with network
3. Switch to Study mode
4. Increase the load scaling from PF Options
5. See that PF is solved and open device details dialog for a device
6. The device details shows with cessl highlighted if there are any violation of limits
7. Open Hide/Display dialog
8. Select Powerflow Warning & Powerflow violations check boxes
