Symptoms

When importing Spreadsheet XLSX file to Professional, the P6 Professional application is Not responding.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log on P6 Professional.
  2. Open the Import wizard (File -> Import -> Spreadsheet XLSX).
  3. After specifying the file location and pressing Next. P6 Professional is Not Responding. After waiting for a long time, the valid XLSX file can be imported successfully.
