Symptoms

Actual Behavior

ECO with 330 affected items take 16 min to release.

Expected Behavior

ECO with 330 affected items should be released quickly

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Create ECO with 300 Affected Items
  2.  Audit Release
  3.  Release
