Some insurance companies renew by plan. A single site (group account) might offer multiple plans which have different renewal dates.
In OHI, renewal is assumed to take place by site (group account), i.e. the group account time period apples to all group account products.

Consider the following scenario:
Group (client) ABC has site (group account) ABC-1 which offers a medical and dental plan to its employees.
The medical plan renews yearly on 7/1.
The dental plan renews yearly on 3/1.
Rates should be selected based on the renewal date of the plan.

In OHI the group account would be set up with a group account time period start date of 3/1/yyyy.
The plans would be stored as group account products.
The group account start date of 3/1/yyyy is used to select the rate for both plans which is incorrect for the medical plan.

Workaround design:
Time period selection through extensibility:
- 1 open-ended default time period
- date range dynamic fields on group account product (plan renewal dates)
- date range dimension premium schedule/adjustment rules
- schedule definition dynamic logic comparing the premium schedule line date range against the plan renewal date
