ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

C1-TXNIP - performance issue - UL Contention

C1-TXNIP batch is being executed in PERFORMANCE environment. The time it takes the batch to complete is unacceptable. The AWR report shows UL contention.
-- number of txns being processed - approx. 14 million.
-- generally it takes 60 to 90 minutes to process approx. 2 million records.
