Inbound Data Set Operation Issue (Doc ID 2533593.1)

Symptoms

On OHI 3.18.3, Inbound Data Set Operation for Product throws Connection Reset Error after Importing the PRODUCT xml file. User will have to re-login to verify the imported file.

Screen snapshot and application logs are attached.

GEN-ORA-00001 with arguments: Claim
GEN-ORA-00001: This "Claim" already exists
GEN-DYNA-006 with arguments: COT
GEN-DYNA-006 with arguments: COT
ORA-00001: unique constraint (OHI_CLAIMS_OWNER.EXT_EXTERNAL_CLA_DATA_UK1) violated


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use File Import Option in OHI UI for Inbound Data Set operation for PRODUCT
