Unable To Open MSG File Attachments In Argus (Doc ID 2533693.1)

Email attachments are uploaded to the case and are stored correctly at the case level.

When a user double clicks on the icon they get the error:

404 - File or directory not found error.

The uploadedletters folder does get populated with the file, and the file opens correctly directly from the cache folder.

The IE window that opens has the matching unique number but has the incorrect file extension of ".ms" instead of ".msg"

PDF attachments work as expected.
