Person with 300+ accounts encounter System Error in Start/Stop Page
System error is encountered during Start Stop. Person has 300+ accounts and many person contacts. Upon investigation, PER_DATA_AREA clob has 9,999 precision but cannot cater the scenario if there’s a lot of contacts.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a person linked to more than one person contact.
2. Link this person to more than one account.
3. Attempt to start a service agreement (SA) for each account. Note how at some point, a system error will be encountered.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot start/stop person with over 300+account.
