P6 Android Mobile Application Crashes When Starting Activity. (Doc ID 2533818.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

P6 Android Mobile Application crashes when starting any Activity. Wrong start date is stored in the database.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

P6 Android Mobile Application shouldn't crash, and the data stored in the database should be correct.

STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to P6 Mobile on Android 7.0.
  2. Show Activities.
  3. Open Activity 1.
  4. Mark the Activity as started.
  5. Set start date and time.
  6. Save the Activity. The P6 Mobile application crashes. The data stored to the database is that the Activity is started and the start date is 1970-01-01 01:00.
  7. Log in to the P6 Mobile application on Android 7.0 again and the task list now contains duplicated Activities. In the database there are no duplicated Activities.
