Document Manager > 'Search by Content' Does Not Return Any Results (Doc ID 2534316.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When in the Document Manager and triggering Search By Content using key words known to exist in files, the search returns no items.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Items matching the key words used in the search should be returned.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Unifier.
  2. Go to Document Manager > Documents.
  3. Select Find > Search by Content and enter the key words to search on.
  4. Observe the reported issue.
