Clarification On OCOMC 12.0.0.1 Complete Installation (Doc ID 2534481.1)

Goal

On : 12.0.0.1.0 version, Installation Issues

Had a setup with ECE 11.3.0.9, and need to install OCOMC and the certification shows 12.0.0.1 is compatible. In readme.html of OCOMC 12.0.0.1, it says its delta installation and should be applied on existing installation.

Q1.Does that mean, customers need to install OCOMC 12.0 first, and then apply this patchset?

Q2.Could this beinstalled as a complete software without any need to install OCOMC 12.0.0.0.0 first?

Q3.What is OCOMC-12.0.0.1.0_generic_full.jar for? it's not there in installation steps.
