Troubleshooting M1-CRSHF Batch Contention With Scheduler (Doc ID 2534513.1)

Goal

We have observed that M1-CRSHF batch gets stuck. We believe schedulers lock row on sched reg table and the following SQL hangs:

UPDATE M1_SCHED_REG A SET A.VERSION = A.VERSION+1, POST_DTTM = :dttm, POSTING_ACTION_FLG = :postingAction , SCHED_VERSION = -1 WHERE MO_KEY1 = :taskId AND MAINT_OBJ_CD = 'M1-TASK'
