The 'Add Attachment' Field Is Disabled in a Document Type BP (Doc ID 2534543.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Add Attachment field of a Document type Business Process (BP) is disabled / greyed out, preventing users from being able to add attachments to the BP.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Add Attachment field should be available.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go to a Project and select a document type BP.
  2. Click New to create a new record.
  3. Note the reported behavior.
