Symptoms

 Volume Unit of Measure (UOM) is not displayed in the Item Supplier Country screen.

Steps to reproduce:
----------------------

  1. Change the language to Spanish.
  2. Open an Item having entry in ITEM_SUPP_COUNTRY_DIM.
  3. Navigate to Item Supplier Countries screen.
  4. Note that the volume UOM is not displayed in the UI.
  5. Change the language to English.
  6. Note that the volume UOM is displayed in the UI.
