Goal

What is the procedure to create new custom event and make it visible in Oracle Communications Pricing Design Center (PDC)?

By being visible in PDC, it mean that event will appear in the "Events available for mapping to service xxx" list popping out when trying to map a new event to a service (PDC GUI > Setup > Service-Event Map > trying to add a new event for a service).
