On : 12.6 version, Enterprise Edition

Updates to Addressee in Documaker Interactive

Currently, our Admin System passes addresses with #. In Documaker Interactive, the addressee tab errors the # as an offending character. We have to manually update every letter to replace # with 'No.'

Additionally, we do not want the State to be a required field. When sending foreign mail, some countries do not have states in their mailing address (i.e. England).

Address Field can contain only numeric, alphabetic,white space,comma,and hyphen characters.

Due to this issue, users have to process these letters outside of Documaker.
