Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

When importing the XER, it hangs at "Cleaning up WBS...." 30%

STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login P6 client.
2. Import the XER.
3. P6 Professional Client hangs at "Cleaning up WBS...." 30%.
