ReIM Decimal Points Set to Two and Tax Amounts at Four the Total Tax Value is Incorrectly Rounded (Doc ID 2535613.1)

Symptoms

When the number of decimals being used in Oracle Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM) is set to 2 and there are multiple items with 4 decimals for tax amounts, the Total Tax value is getting rounded incorrectly.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Set the number of decimals being used in ReIM to 2.
2. Create a Purchase Order (PO) for multiple items with 4 decimal tax values.
3. Receive the PO fully.
4. Create an invoice defaulting from PO.
5. Match the invoice.
6. Run reimposting batch and notice that TAX values are posted with incorrect rounding.
