After Changing the Color Scheme for Web Workspace, Several Widgets Have the Wrong Background Color (Doc ID 2535674.1)

On : version, System Configuration

In 2.4 Light color Default not working properly, the background is some places are still black. With the Default set to Light, each user still has to go to Preferences and select Change Color Scheme and set it to Light then log out and back in for the environment to be fully Light.

Also, once the Default is Light the Alarm Popups in is still Dark.
The environment should be displayed in the correct color scheme.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  In Web Workspace, select your username in the upper right corner of the window, select Preferences > Change Color Scheme...
2.  Select "Light", and Press OK.
3.  Check all balloon windows, and see that the backgrounds in most are still dark.
