Symptoms

When process supplementing a PSR order through the processSuppOrderRequest API, application throws a null pointer exception when the following steps are performed:

1. Assign a provisioning plan that has a task with associated GWE to a PSR order
2. Ensure that the above GWE associated task is removed from the order (manually or through an R&B)
3. Supplement the order
4. Process supplement the order through the processSuppOrderRequest API and ensure an R&B is triggered at the process supplement
