Scheduling Failed Try ATP Again Later Error For ATP When Collection Planning ODS Load Is Running (Doc ID 2536266.1)

On : 11.5.10 version, Oracle Global ATP Server in PROD

Users are trying to schedule sales orders while data collections, specifically Planning ODS Load is running - when they try to schedule the sales order with ODS load running it errors with the following

ERROR

Scheduling Failed. Try ATP again later


while the expectation was no error should occur when collection is running
and GOP plan being 24*7 , the unavailability should be during the plan run ( momentary unavailability )

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. ASCP ATP Plan is set up based on Plan output
2. Run Collection
3. User Perform Order entry in EBS
4. User getting the Scheduling Failed Error for ATP when Collection is running
