On : 10.2.0.29 version, General

Actual Behavior
-------------------
When Program is status Pending, Rollback will only execute when Save is clicked IF EffectiveDate, StartDate or EndDate is changed or blank (AsProgram columns).
If only a configured field (AsProgramField) is changed and none of the (AsProgram) dates are blank, then the change is saved but Rollback does not execute.


Expected Behavior
------------------------
Rollback program start activity when any field is changed and saved in the Program Screen when the program status equals Pending.



Steps to Reproduce
-------------------------
1. In Functional Prototype ProgramA, add to FieldVerification action:

<Condition IF="StatusCode='03'">
<Action ACTIONTYPE="OPERATION" RESULT="ROLLBACK"/>
</Condition>
  
2. Add a policy to Prototype Functional Plan.
3. Add Program:ProgramA enter dates, frequency, amount. Save.
4. Execute program.
5. Execute ‘Setup Program’ activity on the policy activity screen.
6. Program is now Pending.
7. On Program Screen change the amount field.
8. Click Save.

Warning of “Program Change will trigger reversal of the Activities. Continue?” does not appear.
Reversal of SetupProgram does not spawn.

9. Change the Start Date.
10. Click Save. Warning is displayed.
