There are significant number of "Mutex" messages in the mdsgateway log. For example:

  Mutex MdsOrder:3500.889996(0x4296160) is available
  Mutex MdsOrder:3500.890028(0x3632b80) is available
  Mutex MdsOrder:3500.890032(0x3632d60) is available
  Mutex MdsOrder:3500.890108(0x3632ef0) is available
  Mutex MdsOrder:3500.890282(0x431c250) is available
  Mutex MdsOrder:3500.890408(0x435f540) is available
  Mutex MdsOrder:3500.890451(0x3633570) is available
  Mutex MdsOrder:3500.890526(0x3633770) is available
  Mutex MdsOrder:3500.890585(0x3633910) is available
  Mutex MdsOrder:3500.890589(0x3633aa0) is available
  Mutex MdsOrder:3500.890595(0x3633c30) is available

Would these be a reason why the NMS system failed to send messages back to the mobile system?
