ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Post Processing Algorithm is not triggering for Batches with Cobol
Converted program

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Post Processing Algorithm is need trigger for Batches with Cobol
Converted program

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Post Processing Algorithm
The Java program will insert the following message in the Batch Run Tree
¿Warning -
TEST LOG MESSAGE - SP may still be selected for download processing since the
Service Cycle has not been removed¿. It also contains logger.info methods for
testing
purposes.
Batch Control using a Java Program
Batch Control
Submit Batch Job JC_ISPFD
Loggers of the Post Processing Java program can be seen in the logs
Batch Run Tree
The Post Processing Algorithm was triggered successfully.
Batch Control using a Cobol Converted Program
Batch Control
Submit Batch Job WFETJC
Batch Run Tree
The Post Processing Algorithm was not triggered.
