PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_PURCHASE_DEAL Failed with Deal Validation Error (Doc ID 2536717.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) version 7.5.0.20.0, it is observed that "PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_PURCHASE_DEAL" opcode fails with deal validation error for the below scenario.

Scenario:

1. Create deal (deal_1) dependent on deal_2
2. For an account, purchase deal_2 and then deal_1
3. Cancel dependent deal deal_1 and cancel dependee deal deal_2
4. Call PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_PURCHASE_DEAL opcode to purchase another deal (say deal_3). This purchase is failing with deal validation failed error.
