Symptoms or higher

Supply is not created to meet EDD plan requirements

Plan type: Constrained(Without Detailed Scheduling)
Overwrite - None
850 days /0w/0p
Plan run date 30-APR-2019

Plan option - Enforce purchasing lead time constraints is checked
MSC: Use FIFO Pegging: No
MSO: Lead Time Control: Do not violate minimum processing times
MRP:Firm Planned Order Time Fence: Yes
MSO: Net All Firm Supplies Before Creating Planned Order: All Supply Types

1. ASCP Should not create any planned orders before the dates of the Firmed Planned Order created in the  plan - they are on 01-JUL-2019
2. ASCP is not creating any Planned Order for Demands for forecast between 01-Jul-2019 until APR-2020 - builds a negative balance of 13,000+ Then one planned order in 14-APR-2020 balances all the negative balance.  - Item has very long lead times - over 250 calendar days
This is not what we are expecting. We want ASCP to create planned orders after 01-Jul-2019 considering the supply demand available. We want ASCP to cover for Demands as and when the due dates are. Refer Attached export of ASCP PWB.
