In Argus 8.1.2

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

A case was transmitted from Reports->Bulk Reporting screen

When checking the status from the Worklist->Bulk ICSR Transmit screen the report is stuck in the transmit stage and failing with the following error in the ESM LOG files.
