OCOMC Recycle EP Cartridge loses connection to database causing recycle job error.
After submitting a recycle job from Suspense Management Center, the recycle job is dequeued by the AQ Recycle Cartridge then it handles it to the EP Recycle Cartridge that has already lost connection with the database. The EP Recycle cartridge is unaware of database connection interruption but tries to process the job, failing to do so, leaves the suspended usages status in 1 (recycling).
To fix this issue as a workaround, a manual restart of the cartridge and an update of the usages in the job back to 0 (suspended) is needed.
