GTT Table Names In OFSAA PFT Allocation Rules (Doc ID 2537472.1)

Goal

On : 8.0.5 version

Is there any way to force the table names for the Global Temporary Tables (that get created for Allocation Rule) to be the same name each time a rule runs? GTTs are created 'on the fly' at rule execution time and the GTTs are named differently each time. Observed explain plans change on occasion leading to longer run times. If Allocation Rule could generate the same GTT name each time, user could use sql profiles to ensure the same plan is used each time. Since the GTT name is changing each time, the database is generating a different sql_id resulting in new hash plan each time.
