Performance Problem When Downloading Certain Data Loading Templates (Doc ID 2537497.1)

Symptoms

When downloading certain data loading templates [Example: Codes And Descriptions], it takes a long time to download, and in some cases system keeps processing and eventually throws an ADF Error [The UIViewRoot is null. Fatal exception during Phaseld: RENDER_RESPONSE 6..].

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Go To Data Loading -> Foundation Data -> Download.
  2. Choose Administration as Template Type and Codes and Descriptions as Template.
  3. Click Download.
